1. Twelve people have COVID-19. 2. Employees have to work without any PPE and have no ability to social distance. 3. Masks are not being mandated. 4. Temperatures are not being taken. 5. No plexi-barriers are being used. Hazard locations: Rail cars and yard/buildings
