1. The owner does not wear a mask or any sort of PPE. 2. The owner has refused to take proper precaution, there is no tape on the floors to signal patients to stand six feet apart. 3. There are around 20 employees currently at Herbology and eight have tested positive for COVID-19 which they contracted at work. 4. The building was not properly cleaned and sanitized and therefore another employee got sick right after seven employees first tested positive. The owner did not close at all when there was a COVID scare back in August and he did not properly close down then to sanitize/clean. 6. The facility does not have hot or tepid water. 7. The owner sent two employees back to work and it was only their ninth day of quarantine despite the urgent care telling employees to quarantine for 10-14 days.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-12-17
