that if a high contact person, like management, got it the establishment would be shut down. A management representative ended up getting it and the employer refuses to shut down. Now there are 3 more cases and the establishment still hasn't shut down. 2. Employees don¿t feel comfortable coming into work until everything is cleaned and sanitized. The employer has been having people come in and paying them under the table to do the jobs that employees, who don¿t feel comfortable going in, do. This just brings in more germs and more people in contact with other employees. 3. Management who have been around the manager who tested positive, refuse to get tested, and who knows if they are carrying it at this moment. 4. The employer doesn't enforce the use of masks by members.
