Work area was used by all Maintenance employees from initial event for 5 days. Once positive results came in, Employer hired outside contractor to clean work area. Employer states they informed one (1) worker who was in close contact. (employees work area is entire shop, employees break/lunch area is in maintenance department). Maintenance worker, entire plant work area, 3 shifts potential, 50 potential exposed.

home with the proper PPE wear. A lot of these consumers cannot care for themselves and need 24/7 care, and as staff we cannot keep a 6 feet distance from them. The company needs to supply the proper items and they do NOT for the staff. 4. They do not check in with these homes to make sure they're following guidelines either. Most staff are not wearing masks or checking temperatures like they are suppose too. 5. Staff is traveling to Florida or the Dominican Republic and returning to work immediately after travel. There is no guidelines to follow except they're risking the consumers and other staff by returning to work after vacations.
