1. Converting employee got tested, results came in 6 days later, employee was positive. Employer continued to run production, between initial concern 3 shifts for 6 days. Employer never cleaned work area, allowed other employees to work in the same area. Employees who were in close contact with the covid positive employee were never informed. Converting Department, 3 shifts, approximately 50 potential exposed. 2. Employee got tested, tested positive. Work area was used by all Maintenance employees from initial event for 5 days. Once positive results came in, Employer hired outside contractor to clean work area. Employer states they informed one (1) worker who was in close contact. (employees work area is entire shop, employees break/lunch area is in maintenance department).
