Section 7 of the MIOSHA Emergency Rules for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Per the Re-Juv-Nal product information sheet, to disinfect and ensure viricidal activity, the cleaner, when applied, must be allowed to remain wet for 10-minutes before wiping. The District has instructed staff to spray the cleaner and then immediately wipe, ignoring the 10-minute contact time period. 2. The Re-Juv-Nal safety data sheet indicates that chemical resistant gloves be used for hand protection when using the cleaner. The district has not provided chemical resistant gloves to its employees for use with this cleaner.

The employer is not following Executive Orders as follows: 1) not assuring six feet of separation between guests; 2) not providing communication material for customers; 3) not providing physical guides to keep guests six feet apart; 4) not posting signs and enforcing the use of wearing face masks by guests in the dining area; 5) not cleaning high contact areas after each customer; 6) not requiring employees to wear face coverings and gloves in the kitchen area when handling food consistent with guidelines from the Food and Drug Administration; 7) not training employees regarding appropriate use of personal protective equipment in conjunction with food safety guidelines (e.g., cleaning between customers, especially shared condiments); 8) not establishing procedures on how to manage symptomatic customers upon entry into the restaurant; 9) not installing physical barriers such as sneeze guards; and 10) not limiting the number of employees in a single space.

6 feet of each other, however these rules are absolutely not enforced. There are numerous people who congregate with no masks, and maintenance people who are walking all over the plant floor while not wearing a mask at all are coming into contact with production workers who do wear masks. These problems exist especially on the off-shifts (2nd and 3rd). There are probably around 100-200 people working in this building. Workers are observed in other areas, specifically injection molding, where nobody is wearing a mask when talking to each other while within six feet distance for extended periods of time. This company has already been reported to OSHA at least once by another anonymous employee a couple of months ago, and leadership still does not enforce safety measures to ensure that employees don't spread the virus to each other.
