are not being required to test negative before returning to work. Over 35 of the approximately 120 residents have Covid, and now over 5 staff. There are still roughly 25 Covid-negative staff members that are having to work daily with the positive staff members not wearing proper PPE.

2020, the employer sent out an email to each employee. The email stated employees must come back to work on April 27th; the facility would no longer be shut down when an employee reports a positive covid-19 test; and any employee that was to have contact with a covid-19 positive individual would no longer be put on a 14 day quarantine.
