I was staying at a shelter in Lockport Cares and there was a Christian pastor at the shelter. Guess again. I assume Lockport cares is possibly food poisoning people. Lockport cares gives you bag lunches , breakfast and dinner.

For 2 nights there is always corn or brownies during Bible study at 8pm at night.

Detect, Inc. is voluntarily recalling specific lots of the Detect Covid-19 Test™, their molecular, over-the-counter test used to identify SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes Covid-19) in self-collected nasal swabs. The recall affects a total of 11,102 tests shipped to customers from July 26th, 2022 through August 26th,... See More 2022. The test was granted Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on October 28, 2021. To date, Detect has not received any reports of false negative results related to the affected lots and is issuing this recall out of an abundance of caution.

There is an increased chance that the tests from the lot numbers listed below may give false negative results. Detect has conducted a thorough investigation to identify this issue and has made the decision to conduct a voluntary recall for these lots. The reliability of positive test results is not affected.

To date, Detect has not received any reports of false negative results related to the affected lots and is issuing this recall out of an abundance of caution. The reliability of positive test results is not affected.

Detect is notifying all customers and distributors affected by the recall. Anyone in possession of any unused tests from the affected lots should dispose of the tests. The outer packaging is recyclable while all the test components can be discarded as regular trash. Detect Hubs are not affected by the recall and do not need to be discarded.

Test users who attempt to use recalled tests will be notified in the Detect App™ that the test has been recalled and may not be used.

Detect, Inc. will issue a refund* for the affected tests (as verified by Detect) upon customers’ acknowledgement of receipt of the recall-related communication and confirmation that any affected tests in possession have been disposed of.

1. Since the beginning of the pandemic no meetings have been held regarding: Covid-19, PPE or the facility plan for suspected or confirmed cases. The only education that was given on PPE and Covid-19 were from posters and pamphlets hung on the wall. 2. There were no... See More isolation wing or rooms established until the facility received its first positive patient on May 6, 2020. On May 7, 2020 four (4) cases of Covid-19 were confirmed. Not all the employees were notified of the positive cases. Employees that worked with the positive Covid-19 residents were not required to self-isolate or be tested. 3. CDC states that once there is a confirmed case in the facility all health care providers should wear all required PPE for all residents regardless of symptoms on affected unit or facility wide. Only employees working in the new Covid-19 wing get face shields and gowns. PPE should be provided to all four halls instead of just the lock down unit. 4. New residents to the facility have been mixed in with long term residents without being isolated beforehand and are not put on any precautions. 5. When residents are placed on precautions staff is not given face shields, just gowns & are required to wear the same mask that is worn for care of all the other patients. 6. They are only giving N95 masks to staff that are working in the new Covid-19 wing. N95 masks are supposed to be fitted to the face of the wearer and require the wearer to have completed training, this has not been done. 7. When staff member exhibit sign and symptoms of Covid-19 they are not being tested. Management says they can come back to work after two to three days, not 14 days, which is crazy and puts everyone at risk. 8. Employees are provided with disposable masks and are required to wear the same mask for a week. After a day the masks are disgusting but we are told to re-wear them, they are still usable.
