Employee are not being asked any questions about their health, travel history or if they had any possible exposure to COVID-19. Vendors also were not screened. 3. There is no COVID-19 cleaning protocol. Cleaning is done as it was before the pandemic and the executive orders. 4. Other employees would routinely not wear masks or wear them improperly within a safe social distance. Not simply just for a minute to take a good breath, but routinely would not wear them and not cover nostrils.
