1. New employees do not receive any training or materials on COVID-19 and when asked about COVID-19, Employer only stated that Krist has a no confrontation policy on the mask mandate. 2. Employer is falsifying the daily COVID health screenings. Multiple times a person would come in after they had already left and they had filled form out saying no symptoms were found. Employee are not being asked any questions about their health, travel history or if they had any possible exposure to COVID-19. Vendors also were not screened. 3. There is no COVID-19 cleaning protocol. Cleaning is done as it was before the pandemic and the executive orders. 4. Other employees would routinely not wear masks or wear them improperly within a safe social distance. Not simply just for a minute to take a good breath, but routinely would not wear them and not cover nostrils.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-09-15
