1. Manager told us we do not have to require masks since "I (manager) don't wear one". 2. Management makes no attempt to screen for illnesses of employees or guests. Until today 09/05/20, where they implemented a policy we have to check and record our temperatures three
times per shift. Still no screening for guests. 3. Since the start of this pandemic they have hosted numerous packed parties in their event rooms. 4. Allows people from around the neighborhood to stay and host parties. Numerous incidents have led to the police being called. 5. Management provided a plastic divider to "protect employees" doesn't even go past their chest in height. 6. Still allow large numbers of guest to party in outdoor patios. 7. Re-uses paper sleeves for room keys. 8. Originally waited 1 day after guest checked out to clean rooms but decided to end that policy. So housekeepers go in and clean rooms and new guest check into the room the same day.
