Design by Ro all over instagram advertising selling bags, advertising free returns, but it’s a scam

The bag smells like awful harmful chemicals and the size is not as described on the site, so I emailed them asking how to return it and received an email saying could not be returned

The package came today from Hulda Russell in Farmers Branch TX. It's 11" by 5" dark gray, with a postage paid label, plastic package with an HDMI cable in it. USPS delivered it. Now I see that I'm one of many receiving packages from Hulda.

Ordered 3 pieces of carry on luggage on January 4 and was charged $41.44 on my credit card. Items never came. Checked the website for a contact number and saw that many other people have had the same experience with this “company”. For around the same cost.… See more

I brought items and I paid 59.99 that back in December and I got rip off and I asked for a refund and I send email and I got screwed

I brought the snow plow shovel buy 1 get 2 free I use my credit card 59.99 back in December 12th and nothing. I told them I want my refund and nothing
