I received the ring from this address that I did not order today I don't know why I received it I looked it up online and it says it's a field with nothing on it but it says it's from a shipping center at that address I don't know why I received this

A scam that I don't know what it is and why received. I received a box with 4 items no instructions, amount, name of company, no phone #. No idetification.. This a scam. From the above address.

I got a small plastic mailer with just a thin pair of socks inside. The return address is: Shipper Center, 4499 NE Evangeline Thruway, Carencro, LA 70520. So strange!
