No medical kit for emergencies 12. No eye protector 13. No eye wash for trash or dirt, or any body fluids from the deceased 14. Gas and diesel fuel stored together in the shop 15. Complainant had to transfer all the fuel in their own car each day 16. Mt. Kenton Cemetery had drug dealers working there and some were paid under the table and they hired a man to set in the shop and sleep for $35 an hour. He was hired to watch the people at the jail on a work but that program was cancelled due to COVID-19. 17. Complainant worked for Mt. Kenton Cemetery for more than 21 years. Their pay was $13.15 an hour and employees were paid each week on Friday 18. Complainant has watched as managers in the past have wrote checks to themselves and emptied the cemetery funds to the tune of $200.000.00. Complainant has asked for a raise a number of times and they always told them that the cemetery didn't have the funds. But they hired a man to sat in the shop @ 35.00 an hour @ 8 hours a day. 19. Kenton Cemetery hires people that sell drugs and she pays them under the table and she told Complainant that they have to pay their own taxes, which they don't that's Complainant's money that she could put to good use on buying equipment for the cemetery and maybe give the Complainant a raise. Taxes were taken out of Complainant's check each Friday but others got paid under the table. Then she asked people to donate money to cemetery funds. 25.OSHA-has written up the cemetery before and told the cemetery if it didn't fix most of this on this list that they would fine them $10,000 a day until it's done. 26. Complainant kept their mouth shut and went along with the program as they were tod to do if they still wanted their job. Complainant's spouse has cancer and is in stage 4 kidney failure, complainant needs the job to keep up their meds. Complainant had no insurance or worker's comp on this job. 30. Complainant would like to be paid for the job they did. If the employer could pay someone $35 an hour they can pay Complainant's 1800 hours overtime. 31.
