I received a pink plastic mailer from 4868 Duff Dr. Cincinnati, OH 45246. It had my husband's name and address on it as well as a USPS tracking #. When it was opened it had nothing in it except a slip of paper. The paper said: "Dear … See More
valued customers. How are you today? Thank you very much for your purchase. we really value your business." I typed it exactly as it was on the paper. We have never heard of this "company" before.

the above incident on 3/23/2020, also reporting an employee who was coughing and sneezing repeatedly. Employees worried about contracting COVID-19. Fume Extractor: Employees have requested masks to protect themselves from the fumes from working with laser tools. The safety person at the time told the employees no, and that it was not required. A fume extractor was recently installed. An employee contracted pneumonia from exposure to these fumes. Racial discrimination and retaliation from the employer due to reports about these incidents.

anything. There are only normally 4 people in the front office but because upper management does not want to train everyone gets shoved up front and we are forced to work in a small compact area with little to no elbow room, plus there is constant traffic in the office with warehouse workers coming in and out. Employees work in basically a dock office so we also deal with truck drivers who enter the building straight into the lobby without temperature checks not wearing mask they just recently put up a sign for them to wear them but no one enforces it. Employees work in a very dirty office which the floor never get mopped or swept. Complainant is concerned for the health and safety of themselves and their coworkers.

return to work, was not told to quarantine for 10-14 days. They were just told "I will see you next week." Not cleaning, not providing PPE. Complainant works in healthcare; they have to notify the health department, they need employees to quarantine 14 if not being tested. If they are tested, they require a negative result before returning to work. This is not happening at Fedex.
