Employer is not following CDC guidelines for the COVID-19 pandemic or social distancing. Complainant's office sees 7 people working in a small office sitting within 3 feet of each other. There have been 3 positive COVID tests in this office alone. The office was never cleaned or anything. There are only normally 4 people in the front office but because upper management does not want to train everyone gets shoved up front and we are forced to work in a small compact area with little to no elbow room, plus there is constant traffic in the office with warehouse workers coming in and out. Employees work in basically a dock office so we also deal with truck drivers who enter the building straight into the lobby without temperature checks not wearing mask they just recently put up a sign for them to wear them but no one enforces it. Employees work in a very dirty office which the floor never get mopped or swept. Complainant is concerned for the health and safety of themselves and their coworkers.
