A power outage was reported in Elizabethtown when a downed tree took out a transmission line on Tuesday mid-afternoon. The outage affected about 7,000 customers. According to LG&E-KU power has been already restored to the area.

No one is complying with social distancing to further prevent the spread of the virus. People are in and out all day, exchanging money, touching door handles, and there is upwards of 20-25 people in the building all day long.
