A boil water advisory is in effect for Huntertown Sunday night, April 28th. According to a Facebook post, Huntertown officials are continuing to work on the water pressure issue. Until further notice, the entirety of the Huntertown service area is placed on a boil water advisory.
Daviess County Rural Water has issued a Precautionary Boil Order due to water main maintenance for customers on State Road 58 and those north of State Road 58 until further notice.

Power was restored to nearly 1,400 residents in Waynedale Wednesday morning, April 24th, according Indiana Michigan Power (I&M). Tuesday night, the company’s outage map showed the outage on the north end of Waynedale near the Waynedale Cafe and the Waynedale BMV branch.
The City of Petersburg is under a boil order until further notice. City officials are looking into the problem at this time after customers complained of low water pressure due to problems with the water system.
According to the Town of Palmyra, an internet company hit a water line causing the leak around the area of Shady Lane sometime Monday morning. All Town of Palmyra water customers are on a boil advisory until further notice.
