Duke Energy reported that the highest number of people without power was over 2,300, with the majority of outages in the Carmel and Westfield areas. Only 437 were without power by 10 p.m July 17th.

I received what looks to be a piece of sheer cloth, coral colored in a package with a return address of Online Seller, 19799 East 36dh Drive, Aurora, COI 80011. I did not order this! Not sure what is going on! See Less

I received five pairs of socks I did not order. I had ordered some Chirstmas Items from DealsDay, When I track the package, it shows that my "purchase" was delivered the same day the socks arrived (no packaging info). Have never received the items ordered. See Less

At approximately 6 am 8/29/20 only one employee was in a mask. Neither people working both drive through windows were in a mask. Nor was the person cooking food or assisting wearing a mask. One lady appeared from around the corner to aid in the drive through.... See More She was the only person observed in a mask.

Negligence of notifying staff and clients of contagious diseases, ie covid-19, and refusing staff quarantine time and paid leave to quarantine. Allowing clients back into the building that have family in their household quarantining due to covid-19 and not notifying staff or clients.

We now have a COVID outbreak within our office spaces due to lack of following CDC and state recommendations related to social distancing, masks, and cleanliness. All of the office has been put at risk. We are asked to come into an unsafe environment when remote work... See More is an option for most everyone.
