on my front steps,I didn't open it because it had no company name in the corner. Then,I received notification that my order had been delivered and couldn't figure out what happened to my "scooters". After checking the tracking number and delivery time,I realized that it must have been the small envelope(9'' x 6'') ! ! have contacted the vendor 3 times,but this has not been resolved.
