I ordered mobility scooters from what was advertised as QVC sellout. The price was ridiculously low so I should have known better. The item that I received,in a small envelope,three or four weeks later,is a piece of mesh fabric 17' by 12'' When the envelope was left... Then,I received notification that my order had been delivered and couldn't figure out what happened to my "scooters".
