States that have travel restrictions that are being ignored by the company. - Leaders were recently in a meeting in a conference room, 8 people deep and no one wore their masks. - Employees could do their jobs from home and utilize technology for monitoring workflow and having meetings but leadership has demanded that all employees be there, 100%. Recently, employees who have kids can work at home because schools are closed, because of the Covid cases rising, leaving those employees without kids to still come in. - Employees are concerned that their safety is being jeopardized.
