COVID-19 exposure; none of the employees wear masks, thus exposing all customers and even themselves. Plexiglass are pointless. No one wears masks at desk or while conversing with customers.

If employees have symptoms, they were told to have minimal contact with the clients and if they need off or want to self quarantine, they are expected to find our own coverage. There is very limited to zero cleaning supplies in the homes as well as PPE. Staff are not wearing masks and the mask rule is not being enforced by the director or upper management. Employees have also asked to self quarantine due to exposure to covid and were told that they would be fired if they did not report to work.

Recently, employees who have kids can work at home because schools are closed, because of the Covid cases rising, leaving those employees without kids to still come in. - Employees are concerned that their safety is being jeopardized.
