positive with COVID 19 with in the office and no patients were notified nor was staff that was in contact with the positive cases were required to quarantine and or get tested. The building was infested with bed bugs that were crawling around and visible to employees and patients and nothing was done about it. Employer did nothing to protect the employees and patients. All the employees were made to continue daily scheduled appointments in disregards to their own personal health risk and possible contamination being carried home. Last week a room tested negative for the water source and that room remains open and operating as normal in using the contaminated water on employees and patients.

There are many employees who have tested positive with COVID 19. Employees are still made to work and told they do not have to quarantine if tested positive with COVID. Employees are unsure on what the policies are and cannot get answers from employer.
