Staff members are not being informed by management when they have been exposed to patients and staff members who have confirmed positive cases of Covid-19., this has caused a mass spread of the virus among departments. Confirmed covid patients are not in airborne isolation rooms and they have covid confirmed patient rooms intermixed with general medical rooms including those who are post-surgical and immunocompromised.
