by Gov. Eric Holcomb, it is unsafe for both the servers and the customers inside the restaurant. Masks protect against coronavirus spread, and the restaurant's servers and customers could catch the disease due to this disregard for a statewide safety law. The sign on the door is disturbing.

Employees using face mask, not the 95 that they use everyday and no ppe for droplet precautions. There is only a small amount of hand sanitizer and some faucets just have cold water.

The store is not enforcing the mask mandate. At least a dozen adults walk into the store without masks. Nearly half of the people in the store were not wearing masks. No one manning the doors of the store to enforce the rules.
