do not have the ability to quarantine or monitor new admissions. They are supposed to quarantine new admissions for 14 days, however they are only making them wear a mask for 2 days. If the client refuses to wear the mask, they are not being held accountable. We are still having group therapy with more than 10 clients. During meals, all the clients sit together and are not the expected 6 feet apart. There is not any alcohol sanitizer, lysol, gloves and masks are limited. There is only one thermometer and it is not accurate. They have had clients with low grade fevers and have moved them to rooms where other clients do not have a fever. They are consistently telling us inaccurate information, basically lying to us, even when we show them in writing the guidelines. When staff discuss having concerns, we are threatened, intimidated, and bullied. We have been told they will not allow a leave of absence. We are threatened that we will be fired due to abandonment of job. Neither the CEO or COO come to work and are placing "essential staff" at risk.
