A boil-water order in effect for most of Illinois College has been lifted. It affected buildings along Mound Road from Lincoln Avenue to Park Street, including the Science Center, Gardner Hall, Baxter Hall, Turner Hall, Kirby Hall and Ellis Hall.
A boil order has been issued until further notice for buildings on Illinois College campus along Mound Road from Lincoln Ave. to Park Street. This is due to a water main break at Lincoln and Mound Ave.

Currently, Ameren-Illinois is reporting a power outage for approximately 800 customers on the west end of Jacksonville stretch from Westgate Avenue to Wesley Chapel. Outages began being reported at approximately 10AM.
