I received the seed-looking item instead of Jasmine plant advertised on Facebook. No instructions whatsoever. It shipped from a certain Abby Adkins, 605 Bonnie St. LN Elk Grove, Chicago IL 60097. Not sure if the name or address is legit.

Package has my name and address on it but I did not order this item. I ordered a green trench coat. I received a light weight red jacket. Please advise.
It came USPS Ground Advantage, has TNT shipping label & addressed to me.
