I like the others recently ordered an on-line item, but instead of the item, I received 2 pairs of wool socks (yes, really). Also spoke with representative at Carson, who said they have been inundated with phone calls in the last month. They are an industrial company,... See More but appear to be located in close proximity to the Amazon plant in IL. She suggested that I call Amazon ( if this was an Amazon item- 888-280-4331) and the Federal Trade Commission ( 877-382-4357) and file a report, which I have done. The website also lists other options to file a grievance and notify the bank, credit care co, etc.
