Purchased a dewalt 20v 31 peice toolset received a screwdriver a gag gift, Pocatello, Idaho, USA

I saw an ad for Dewalt 20v tools 31 peice toolset I received a 4" screwdriver it took 2 weeks to get it and that's it another 70.00 down the drain. Well they said they would refund 30% of my purchase which is not acceptable.
