I received a package I never ordered. It’s a small container which I have no idea what the container has in it. It shakes like powder. I am concerned of what this substance may be. If any money was charged I would like full refund. Don’t know how they got my info.

I received this “Subgenix” on 2-29-2024 that I did not order nor do I want. I reported fraudulent charges but want to return this item to get my money back. No shipping therefore no return information
