The RWA tested water samples from multiple sites in the affected area and said they have verified that there is no risk of water contamination from the loss of pressure in the distribution system. The precautionary boil water advisory for those residents was canceled on Saturday.

1. The employer does not have a written and implemented hazard communication program. It is alleged that the employees using and working around hazard chemicals such as, but not limited to, hdqC, are not trained in hazards of the chemicals, how to read and location of the... See More safety data sheets, how to use the chemicals, and other similar items. It alleged that the chemical was so strong it damage tools used by the employees. 2. The employer did not perform a hazard assessment for personal protective equipment (PPE) and did not provide PPE when using chemicals , such as, but not limited to, hdqC, were employees are experiencing skin rashes, headaches, burning of the eyes , and other similar respiratory irritations. Addendum: An additional complaint was received 3. It is alleged that over 35 drivers and 6 customer service representative's contracted COVID-19, resulting in several of those employees being hospitalized. After the outbreak, the impacted areas were cleaned but not thoroughly per the CDC guidelines. The employer did not report the hospitalizations.

Known infected workers who have been treated and on sick leave for COVID -19 related systems, are allegedly not being quarantined and are returning to the workplace without proper notification to co-workers. Known infected employees without return work authorization are in work functions that inherently require contact with numerous work areas and other co-workers in the medical treatment workplace. The employer is not following the most current CDC Guidelines, such as, but not limited to, the supervisors, manager, staff and patients are not properly wearing mask/face coverings throughout the reception, administrative office, and treatment rooms, and the Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to plan and respond to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) are not being followed. It is alleged the employer is not proper disinfecting and cleaning is not being performed in accordance with CDC Guidelines, especially for high touch areas for employees, due to cleaning measures that are not effective. Certain management staff are not following official self-quarantine guidelines for post- interstate travel, as outlined by the United States Center for Disease control (CDC).
