I ordered a laser engraver which was to be delivered in time for Christmas. I received a Quill Pen set - 1/3/23. I realize a quill pen is the old way to engrave, but I really would like the laser engraver. What are my next steps to receive a refund?

I didn't order a package that was delivered to my home yesterday. It came from Amazon, Co. building, I live in Texas. It's a GRA Moissanite ring. I see from this site that this is happening often. What do I need to do?
