Received a package from someone I don’t know from this address. When I opened the package there was some odd plastic things I have no idea what they are. Package arrived today from the address above with 4 pink plastic items in it that i have no idea what they are or what they are used for.

It's Sunday night, and I had a missed phone call and a text with a picture of a package, that I did not order from 2340 Eastern ave. Commerce CA . The delivery guy is chinese and could barely speak english. Kept insisting that I give our gate code.
