I ordered 5 pair of knee high slacks. I got a tracking number. I did not received although It states on the tracking that it was delivered. Tried to contact company they repeatedly state it is on the way, It has been 2 months

These tops are very cheep looking. Fringe looked real, instead it’s just printed on fabric. Not at all as pictured. I want a refund.
