T8CCR 3205(c)(8)(C)(2)- The office is "disinfected" once a week but does not routinely disinfect frequently touched locations such as the time clock or microwave handles. T8CCR (c)(3)(B)(3)- There is no prompt communication from when the management learns there is a case of COVID in the office to the possibly exposed employees. For example, the management learned there was a case of COVID in the office on Tuesday, 12-29-2020 but did not inform the exposed employees until Mid Day, Thursday 12-31-2020. T8CCR 3205(c)(2)(B)- The only COVID-19 precaution is temperature checks in the morning for most employees.
