I received a scarf from Amazon. I did not order and can’t find out who it came from. Is there a way to find out? Received package from your warehouse in Tracy, CA. It contained a scarf. No info. From where if came from.

I received an unordered item which was an autumn colored shawl. The only address on the USPS label is Online Seller, 188 South Mountain House Pkwy, Tracy, CA 95377. I have not seen any charges yet!
