I just received a package from Family Medical with a data wire inside, green and purple. Did NOT order this and how did they get my address? I can send a photo from my phone but not my computer.

Ordered a few things that was supposed to be from kohls. Spent $40 some and it was put on my credit card. That was back on June 2, 2023. Have not received nothing or heard from anybody.

Yesterday I received a power cord that I didn’t order. The shipper’s name and address is Family Medical, LLC, 214-15 15th Avenue, Bayside, NY 11360. The package says it was shipped on 7/17/2023. (I received it on 9/8/2023.

I received a moissanite ring in the mail that I did not order. It looks official by the documents but doesn't look like real white gold. It looks sprayed. From reading others complaints, I discovered that it is a brushing scam.
