I purchased a purple shirt which is meant to make people aware of dementia and alzheimer's disease. My dear mother at age 94 is going through this terrible disease and as I sit with her every day trying to think of things to do with her, for
her to make her life in the Nursing Facility a little better I came across this ad on Facebook, there were several options to purchase and thinking that at least some of the funds were going toward research or at the very least awareness I decided to buy this shirt. When I received it yesterday I was very disappointed with the fit, the sleeves are easily down to my knees though the body fits fine, after spending hours today e-mailing back and forth trying to get a return address so that I could exchange the shirt for another style and getting no response I finally looked up the name on the return address on the shipping label and find nothing good about this person. I am so disappointed that some one- or a group could do this about this horrendous disease makes me so angry maybe if one day it strikes someone in their family or maybe even themselves they will remember what they have done to so many unsuspecting people. I am now out a little over $40.00 for this shirt that I can't wear and can't afford to have an alteration specialist fix for me.
