4075(a). Gears and Sprockets. Once or twice per day, employees suffer due to unguarded belts and gears of the sorting machine. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) and (6). Injury and Illness Prevention. The Employer is not enforcing social distancing of at least six-feet apart between employees to prevent employee exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
