Appears to be a Chinese company Lin Sheng RBD
GuangNo 422 Yangleng Road, Dongguan City, Guangdong Prov. Sending unwanted items to victims and charging them. Impossible to reach anyone.

I received (what looks like 2 black & neon green cloth knee supports). I did not order these. Package was addressed to me with an address of 12500 Slauson Ave Unit B1A Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 to return the items to. I think this is a scam.
