First they dishonestly overcharged for sales tax by several hundred percent, I told them cancel the order, I don’t trust you, they refused to cancel although this occurred within minutes of placing the order. I mailed the item back, never received a response or refund..

I was sent a mat for my faucet that is nowhere near can fit a faucet and instead of 9.99 I was charge over 30 bucks for shipping they say and prep with tax and it does not fit any faucet and no return or place to find them to complain!
