A power outage was reported at about 6:35 a.m. and is affecting an estimated 6,249 customers in Marin County near Fairfax, San Anselmo and Ross.

The outage is expected to affect customers until about 1 p.m., according to PG&E.

Electricity was cut for an estimated 3,100 PG&E customers in San Anselmo Sunday morning. Trees and live power lines reportedly fell onto the street in the 1300 block of San Anselmo Avenue. There is no current estimate for when power will be restored.
