I have been scammed big time! I ordered a leather coat for 154.99. free shipping. What I got was thin nylon material like a cheap Halloween costume and was charged 236.97! I have no way to contact seller and want my money back immediately. Who can help me? My bank won't. Will SBI or FBI?

I received four items from this guy and all things are used, old dilapidated and torn up. Nothing is new and we got ripped off. The boxes that came in were destroyed and boxes are old and have been opened. We want our money back for this junk.
