I to received a ring, I did not order. I did place an order in Dec. for clothes, which I thought was a Macy's site. I have not received any of the items.. My credit card was charged from RH sphincity.com. How do I get my money back?

I ordered $49 of clothing and jewelry on January 1st. Tracking said it came from China. IA package arrived today 2/6 and it was an adjustable size 6.5 Moissanite ring with a GRA Report. I emailed the company and got no reply.
