I received a package in the mail today with a fake diamond ring in it. Today I reported to my credit card holder that I ordered miscellaneous items from an online store that evidently doesn't exist and I believe they sent this package to me to look as if. I am reporting a fake delivery from a fake address: City Fresh Come, 2001 West Mission Boulevard Suite A, Pomona, California 91768. I'm in Norlina, NC, USA

I also ordered clothes Dec 30 and just received this ring as my delivery. Called credit card company and they said to contact company first before charges can be disputed. There was an email address on email from original order. Email and keep a copy. CRedit card said I have to give 14 days before disputing charges

My cc company immediately reversed the charge and didn’t make me contact the scammer via email. Scammer listed no phone number. It’s from a thieving scammer company in China.
I did not order the ring l received. How do l get my money put back on my account. The ring is a fake.
