Company does not refill water after the containers are empty. They use the igloo 10-gal. Containers. 3395(c) They do not clean the restrooms. Unknown if it is porta potty of fixed bathroom. 3364(b) They do not have soap for hand washing. 3366(d) Do not have paper towels to dry their hands. 3366(e) Management does not wear face covering despite enforcing everyone else to wear it. 3205(7)(A) The eating area is dirty. 3362(a) Employees work from 7:00 am to 4 or 5:00 pm but are working longer hours. Complaint was told by Duty Officer that this is potentially a DLSE issue, which he understands but wanted to give this information in case we conduct an onsite inspection so that we could know the working hours. Note: Complaint said that the employee that contacted him has complaint about these issues to the employer.
