T8CCR 3380(f)- The PPE is not fitted, there is only one size gloves for all employees to use. Employees have to use rubber bands to make sure the gloves fit and stay on. There are not emergency exits, there is only one entrance and exit for the
lab. T8CCR 3205(a)- There is no hand sanitizer, no hand washing station, no encouragement of cleaning work stations and there is no social distancing amongst employees; employees are working elbow to elbow. T8CCR 3362(a), 3362(b)- The floors are filthy. T8CCR 3203(a)(7)- Employees are not properly trained on how to handle broken tubes of specimens when they arrive.
