Took a month to process my order then it shipped from China. When my package finally arrived it was not even the right style and not the right size!

I'm attempting to contact Diane Williams, 1794 E 46th St, Los Angeles, CA 90058. I was informed that a product I'd ordered was shipped through her company, and by the time it arrived, I was no longer at that address. I'm trying to locate a human I can speak with.
