T8CCR 3203(a)(4)/(a)(6). The employer is failing to effectively implement the CDPH COVID-19 Guidelines, in that: Instance 1: An employee arrived for work sick, was temperature screened and had a slight fever but was allowed to go to work. The employee was sent home after a couple of hours when his fever got worse and he wasn't feeling well. The employee later tested positive for COVID-19. Instance 2: The employer has not implemented a social distancing plan for the breakroom. While employees are on break, they are close together without face coverings. All employees go on break at the same time and there are only a couple options for locations, the break room or a small canopy that's been set up outside. There's more people taking breaks than the space allows. Instance 3: There is only one time clock, and employees congregate at shift change times without maintaining social distancing.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 100
